End User License Agreement (EULA)

Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and St. Joseph Ministries, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Agreement governs your use of our Software, Service, and Technical Tools (“Software”) provided by the Company. By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and/or use the Software on a single device for your personal or internal business use.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign or transfer your rights in the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Ownership

All rights, titles, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, are owned by the Company or its licensors.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or revise this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Software following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior oral agreements, statements, or representations.

By installing, downloading, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
